BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award Winner
This is Mary Ann's second RSE award in January 2012! Thank you to Pat Owen, Office Manager - PTM&W Industries, Inc. for taking the time to share her BDP Experience. Just as note concerning my experience with Mary Ann Orozco at BDP International in El Segundo, CA. I have not worked with Mary Ann before yesterday, but her expertise and professionalism have allowed us to ship to our Australian customer their order an entire week early. We, and our customer, are very grateful for her commitment to customer satisfaction and her immediate attention to our urgent needs with this shipment.
