BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award Winner
BDP customer Textron Inc.submitted this '"exemplary assistance" compliment to Lin Aultman, Director of Operations - BDP Atlanta-US.
"I wanted to make you aware of the exemplary assistance that was given today by Randy. One of our shipments from India was held in Atlanta, GA-US. BDP could not retrieve the shipment due to not having a signed release from Customs. (The first one that was sent did not have the necessary signature.) Randy physically went to Customs and retrieved the signed release. We needed this shipment for the LSV line. The parts arrived safely and just-in-time!
