I discovered that I had made an error in one of our international shipments. I thought you should know that your BDP Los Angeles-US warehouse manager, Orlando Blandon, showed the highest form of customer service to see that my mistake became a non-issue with our client in South Africa. His response did not involve any "cash out of pocket" for BDP, but he took the time to make it happen.
