"Just a quick note to recognize Joann Boccia for her outstanding efforts when preparing SI Group Resin air shipments. It is always a pleasure working with Joann.
Typically we process air shipments due to our customers’ critical needs overseas to have the cargo in order not to halt their production, so timing is always critical. Joann provides me with the necessary information in a timely basis and always makes it happen.
