BDP Outstanding Customer Service - Team Dedication Award Winners
Mike Connors, Director - BDP Charlotte Region presented Recognized Service Excellence awards to Lisa Andrews, Sherion Ruffin, and Dan Stoffler onsite at SABIC as part of BDP Charlotte's Customer Service Day event. A celebration luncheon was organized to present a 2010 BDP Partner Vision Award to SABIC in addition to spotlighting and thanking Lisa Sherion, and Dan for their outstanding performance.

I wanted to let you that Lisa and Sherion have been very responsive and great at giving me updates on orders. For example, Sherion has continually updated me on the 20 urgent containers from Europe and the orders that had to be diverted from Canada to New York.
Lisa has also done a great job of following up and making sure I get ETA's to our warehouse when I need them.
They consistently go above and beyond and anticipate our needs to ensure we are continually performing at the highest level. Both are a pleasure to work with!
