BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award Winner
Serene had a big shoe to fill when she join BDP this year. Cutting short her self-declared vacation, she plunged into the job taking over accounts the previous staff has been handling for the past 10 years. For the first 3 months, Serene sacrifice much of her personal time to stay back in the office for training and familiarize herself on the respective customers’ profile.
