Service Excellence Overview
Andrew Gray, Director, Global Trade and Compliance-W.R. Grace & Co. sent an unsolicited box of with pen sets with personalized, hand-written “thank you” notes to each award winner.
I came in this morning to find a package on my desk. I checked the address label, and it was from WRG. Inside the box was a beautiful pen set and a note. Needless to say, the hand-written note is more meaningful than the pen. There were also three notes for each of the managers. I contacted Andy Gray yesterday to thank him for my gift and the card, and his response was, “I sent it to you, because you rock!”
The fact that Andrew took the time to send a separate thank you note to each manager is a validation of the efforts of this team to ensure the WRG account is managed efficiently to consistently exceed the customer's expectations.
