RSE spotlights BDP Germany for an impressive (and very exciting) customer acknowledgement!

Congrats and very BIG thanks to BDP Frankfurt’s Petra Raithel –Key Account Manager, Operation Braskem– for the exceptional performance and BDP Spirit delivered day in and day out to Braskem Europe GmbH.   Petra's efforts and enthusiasm have certainly shined through during her 12-year career with BDP. BDP Germany's Tobias Brandt, Manager Strategic Accounts, and Branch Manager at Munich and Nuremberg shared  these comments about Petra's professional development over the past decade-

“We would like to nominate Petra Raithel for a Recognized Service Excellence award.  Petra joined the company in July 2001 in Frankfurt as an Export Coordinator, and became a Team Leader in 2006.  In April 2012, she was moved to Braskem as an on-site representative and as Chris Gee is mentioning below, she did a great job there.  Braskem was a complete start up in Germany in April 2012.”

In addition, BDP Germany’s Country Manager Uwe Jacobsen fully endorsed both the internal and external recognition and remarked, “I absolutely support the nomination for a Recognized Service Excellence Award to Petra Raithel.  She is doing a great job for us on site at Braskem Europe GmbH in Frankfurt.”

I would like to ask that BDP considers recognizing the services that Petra has contributed to the start up of Braskem Europe GmbH in Frankfurt.
Petra started to work on site with Braskem in late March 2012, during a very critical period of our operations.  The amount of energy and dedication that Petra provided to our organization during our start up was greatly appreciated by our team members and leadership.  She behaved with the same passion as the people that worked for Braskem and gave many hours of hard work to make sure our business ran smoothly and our clients were serviced with high levels in the logistics area.
From my point of view, Petra should be considered a critical resource that can help create strong relationships between BDP and clients.   I hope you have both seen this value and can find a way to recognize it internally at BDP.
