I ultimately oversee all of our international suppliers and as such I work closely with Susan on our shipments.

Over the last several years, I have been consistently impressed with Susan’s work. Her responses are always timely and accurate. Her ability to catch every detail with every shipment is nothing short of exceptional. Her work ethic is excellent and the work she does for Taco is impeccable. We are lucky to have her handling our account.

Recently we have had several occurrences where shipments have been urgent. The difference of a few days (and in some cases hours) would have a profound effect on our ability to successfully run our business. I cannot tell you the number of times I have breathed a little easier because I knew not only would Susan do everything in her power to expedite, but would also keep me informed of any issues or changes ... she has never let me down.
