BDP RSE News Flash!

Dear BDP Colleagues,

Happy New Year!

BDP is excited to announce that participation in our internal Employee Recognition and Customer Service Awards program -Recognized Service Excellence (RSE)- is at an all time high and continues to expand year over year.  This means even more exceptional service and solutions from BDP People and Teams around the globe. 2012 is trending to be another exciting year for RSE.

We encourage you to visit this site weekly for new posts citing the outstanding performance, dedication, and work ethics of BDP individuals and teams whose performance has been formally acknowledged by BDP customer and supplier compliments; those companies who share their BDP Experience with us.  RSE also includes the recognition of internal BDP service excellence. Stories of BDP camaraderie, teamwork, and innovations are posted, too. 

Further, this is a dynamic blog site.  Your comments and recommendations relative to the site's content, photographs, and overall design are encouraged and welcome. Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas by clicking the COMMENTS link at the bottom of any post. The blog is interactive; your comments make a difference and are important to us. 

As a reminder, RSE has dedicated pages (or sections) in our company newsletters- DataDayClassic and DataDayPlus.   RSE recipients are featured by BDP region, location, and department within a specific timeframe; usually two-to-three months of data per edition. Readers are directed to this site to preview recently posted letters of thanks and service testimonials.  

Lastly, we are putting the finishing touches on a Recognized Service Excellence training course, available employee-wide on BDP University in the First Quarter of 2012.  Stay tuned!
