BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award Winner
The following Dow Chemical compliment was emailed to David R. Dougherty, Manager Strategic Accounts – BDP Philadelphia Dow Chemical Operations in January 2011.
David,I am a Senior Production Analyst for Wire and Cable, and because my job requires me to be involved in some areas that most Analysts are not, my job is made much easier every day by an employee of yours.
Wire and Cable is a very particular business. We try to rise above the standards set by basic plastics because our customers expect it from us. In working with Tim Konopka, I have found that BDP has supplied us with someone that understands customer service levels that Wire and Cable wishes to achieve. He also is very tolerant of our customer base which constantly tests our mettle.
Tim carries himself in a very professional manner, is always very timely in his responses, and very helpful with suggestions and assistance. Without his constant, and I am sure sometimes stressful situational assistance, it would be hard to imagine keeping our demanding customers and customer service happy..So many times we take time to criticize our employees for poor performance while not complimenting them on excellent performance. That said, I had to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate Tim's work...
