Reliability and a Positive Influence
Just wanted to provide some feedback on Jeff's performance since taking over for BDP Kristin Doyle in August. Naturally I always have some concerns on changes to the BDP Team that support my businesses. I am very pleased with Jeff. He is dedicated, knowledgeable and responsive. When he says he will call back in an hour - he calls back in an hour. If he says he will handle something, he does and proactively updates me with the status.
