Dear Sophie,I would like to take this opportunity to bring your attention to some excellent work one of your employees has done for Adissy since 2009, especially on the recent shipments to HEL [Helsinki-Vantaa Airport - Helsinki, Finland]. All the team and Grace Wang especially do the great job to coordinate all of our vendors in Asia region. The excellence is doing the "consolidation" for Adissy, to combine all our shipments under one movement to save costs for us. This is really impressive as Grace might need to spend extra effort and time on coordination as well as operational processes. During the period of cooperation with your team and Grace, I feel they worked tirelessly on chasing our shipments, and speaking with your overseas offices and ensuring the shipments were customs cleared and delivered in time.
