"Matt Campbell and Damien Reitano have done an outstanding job over the last two weeks with working to expedite clearance of urgent air shipments that had been previously been detained from leaving Europe due to the volcanic ash.
Based on shipping details provided by BDP Europe to Matt, after the flights were finally able to be booked, Matt and Damien followed through on the air arrival details, quickly submitting the Customs Entries and issuing the Delivery Orders after the Customs Releases came back. Some of these air arrivals were even split shipments, requiring the work to be done by Matt and Damien to be even more time consuming. Through all this, Matt and Damien have kept the Businesses informed of the shipment statuses.

In addition to BDP on this side, Nancy Van de Perre, Branch Manager with BDP Belgium, located at Brussels Airport, has continually sent BDP, the Businesses, and myself email updates on flight schedules, problems, etc. Nancy even sent us an email note today commenting that though she was leaving for the day, she would continue to work from home over the weekend to keep us updated on flight details, booking problems, etc.

This has been a superior job performed by BDP on both sides of the globe."
