Congratulations to the BDP Hong Kong HAVI Team!
Special recognition is in order when a customer sends an unsolicited note of thanks and a gift basket recognizing the "continued excellence in service and attention" of a BDP Team. In February, Kate Schoell - Manager, Global Logistics and Trade - HAVI Global Solutions did exactly that.

.The HGS North American Logistics Team sent its compliments directly to BDP Hong Kong's Ebony Wong (Manager-Logistics) and BDP North America's Rene Laske (CHB, QLH, Regional Account Executive - Chicago, US). Rene commented that "HAVI is very pleased with the entire Happy Meal program and truly appreciates the efforts of the BDP Hong Kong team." During a recent phone conversation with Kate, Rene mentioned that the HGS North American Team shared the same sentiment about the overall performance of the BDP Hong Kong HAVI team- "Ebony and her team rock!'"

Ebony said, "The AP team here is very excited with the appreciation from HAVI about our service, especially, during the pre-Chinese Holiday rush, China export encounter serious space and equipment issues, our team work closely with customers and all her supply chain partners, includes carriers, agencies, factories and trucking company to ensure the on-time supplies of 'Toys' for catching the US program promotion timeline.
With close follow-ups, communications with conference calls and emails, monitorings in reports, also the cooperations of supply chain entities, eventually, no containers/cargoes miss the client's promotion deadline and all ship on time.
