Copperhead Chemical Company Inc. in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania has been dealing directly with Steve Drozdowski since 2004. Prior to 2004, we dealt indirectly with Steve through Avecia in Wilmington, DE. Some highlights regarding Steve's efforts involving Copperhead's needs are as follows:

• Copperhead requests quotes for the majority of our international shipments via ocean through Steve. Steve is always helpful, timely, and detailed with the information he obtains for Copperhead. A great emphasis on "timely." Many instances our customers change their requests after Steve has dedicated much time in obtaining freight rates and availability of vessels. He is always understanding when dealing with our additional and last minute requests.
  
  
• Several of our products require research as to whether or not they are permitted internationally due to USDOT classifications as well as guidelines listed in Competent Authority Approvals. Steve dedicates his time to accurately securing vessel lines and communicating with customs personnel.
  
  
• After shipments occur, Mr. Drozdowski is very thorough with all paperwork. All information on forms and documents are completed accurately and forwarded promptly to all appropriate individuals.
