In November 2009, BDP Global Chief Operating Officer John M. Bolte will present a BDP Corporate Award, our company’s top award within our Employee Recognition program, to Adrienne Graddy-Corporate Director, Compliance Solutions-BDP Chicago-US. John Bolte remarked, “Adrienne, I would like to thank you, on behalf of BDP, for your efforts to mitigate, and almost completely eliminate, the potential damages. Great work!”

“One of our customers was facing a significant dollar penalty from US Customs, where I reached out to Adrienne to discuss strategy in approaching Customs for mitigation. Adrienne not only brought her clear thinking to the problem, additionally she worked with BDP's National Account Manager and several Customs officials in Laredo,Texas-US to mitigate this penalty.
Adrienne had a significant impact on this situation. Adrienne gave her perspective and voice to the matter in a way that resulted in a successful outcome. Her experience and diligence in taking care of this so effectively not only resulted in this successful outcome but the timing in which she was able to accomplish this was truly remarkable.”
