Patrick has been doing an outstanding job since he began handling the Liquibox business for DuPont. This particular business can be demanding at times; however, since Pat became their primary contact, they have done nothing but express appreciation for his work.
Given the current economy, the volumes have been down for the past several months. The Liquibox business has slowly begun to pick up the volume, however, with that comes some scheduling/production changes. Due to this, multiple reworks are required with the bookings in order to meet the end customer's needs. During this time, Pat has assisted the business by quickly revising all bookings as asked and answering all customer service inquiries in a timely manner. The business greatly appreciates all of Patrick's hard work which is evident in DuPont's email.
