Hi Jason,
I wanted to take this opportunity to mention how happy I am with Marco Rosa's dedication and expertise in helping to ensure that my India accounts get handled in a correct and timely manner. There have been numerous times, that due to my being new to Export within the past two years, that his patience and detailed explanations of how the Export process works have helped me immensely to understand this business more effectively. Below is an example of how he helps us, as we have had an employee retire from our Front Royal Plant, and the processes are not yet in place with the new personnel.

I would appreciate it if you would thank him on my behalf for all he does to make things work! Also, please let him know that we do recognize all the excellent skills he has in place to help us on a daily basis.
