I would like to bring to your attention the exceptional Customer Service we have been receiving from Al Hazzouri. During this economic crisis DuPont corporate has mandated many constraints and we are constantly struggling to keep IDS levels down but yet supply customers in the Asia Pacific region with little to no notice. Al continually accepts changes and requests from me in a gracious manner. He always responds quickly and I feel confident knowing he will do the best he can to meet my requirements. Today I had an urgent crisis with a China shipment and he went above and beyond to ensure our booking was cancelled at the last minute and changed to the earliest vessel/SSL possible. I believe that making this urgent change happen for us increased his work load tremendously today as it took an excessive amount of time and follow up. He had a positive attitude through out the whole process and worked with several different lines to make sure are needs were met.
