Leo hand-delivered import documents for a critical entry to Customs in Houston, Texas US to make sure they made it on time since it was getting close to Custom's end of business day for submitting entry paperwork. Celanese commented, “We barely made the cut-off time to Customs because we were still working on two other [essential] documents yesterday.” Celanese was most appreciative of Leo’s extra efforts to expedite the clearance process.
