The account Trisha handles, Solideal USA, was in the middle of inventory, and there were three particular shipments that its warehouse could not take in due to the inventory. Trish had to jump in and have all three shipments re-routed to different destinations that could accept them. She was up against the clock, because they were almost out of free time and demurrage would have started.
Trisha managed to contact the appropriate people and have these shipments re-routed without costing the customer any storage charges. In the midst of all of this, the customer changed its mind several times as to where these needed to go. It was an all day job for her handling these shipments. She did an excellent job and made our customer very happy.
