The highest form of a compliment is when it comes from the customer you serve. What is special regarding this compliment is that it is coming from a customer who is not known for giving praise. This happened today for our very own Debbie Bracero who currently services Honeywell from our Edison office. Debbie continues to demonstrate her customer service skills and is a shining example of achieving our quest to reach “Recognized Excellence”. We know we are excellent when our metrics tell us and especially when our customer tells us. Following our phone conversation from last week, I want to reiterate how extremely pleased we are with the support and service we are receiving from Debbie on shipments to Puerto Rico. As you know I am the Sales Rep responsible for sales into Puerto Rico, and we had an incident a few weeks ago with the rail portion of shipments going to Puerto Rico via JAX. Debbie immediately communicated the situation to both sales and customer service on a timely manner. As well as providing us with options. She made all necessary arrangement to have containers reach JAX in time to meet vessel departure. Please give Debbie our thanks.
