I want to let you know the job that Fonda did for us yesterday. We had a mix up with an inbound overseas shipment. It was supposed to go air, but the supplier mis-routed it and sent it via ocean.
As of yesterday morning, it was still in a container in Los Angeles, CA, US. Fonda was able to get all the paperwork transferred, arrange for a portion to be air shipped to us early this morning, and got the rest of the shipment on a truck headed in our direction.
Without her efforts, our production line would have been shut down tomorrow (Thursday) which would have amounted to us missing our monthly and quarterly shipments. We would like to send her an E-Z-GO shirt as an expression of our appreciation but first want your approval to do so. Thanks.
