It is all about BDP solutions and service with a smile that make this duo shine.  BIG thanks to Melissa Drummer and Kirsty Scott for the BDP Spirit and outstanding support provided to DuPont Australia LTD!  Equally as exciting, the compliment came in on December 30.  What a great way to close out 2012 Recognized Service Excellence (RSE) and ring in the New Year with even more positive momentum.

On January 31, BDP's Richard Strollo (Managing Director-South Asia) was on locale in BDP Melbourne with Gary Henderson (Managing Director-Australia) to present the RSE certificates and Red Jackets.

The formal compliment from DuPont Australia was emailed directly to BDP Melbourne's Belinda Barret (Operations Manager, Freight Forwarding-Export), Laura James (Supervisor, Road Transport), and Gary Henderson. 
 

"Belinda, Laura and Gary,

I just wanted to send you a brief note regarding two of your team members, Melissa Drummer and Kirsty Scott.
 
As you know, we (DuPont) can be fairly demanding at times and it takes a lot to keep up with us. Mel and Kirsty have done nothing but assist and support me with a specific shipment (among other things) and I cannot thank them enough.

An urgent airfreight arrived in Sydney last Friday, 21st December. As we were working to a deadline to have this delivered. I notified the girls of this early on and they helped to arrange a priority clearance and direct transport to the receiver. It was delivered on time as promised today. Even though plans changed a countless amount of times, the girls were patient, they gave me great advice and used their expertise to help me make the best decisions.

Mel – your organizational skills are remarkable. I cannot thank you enough for coordinating this shipment, you have done it with minimal fuss and have helped keep me calm.

Kirsty – You are always such a pleasure to deal with, constantly going out of your way and pointing me in the right direction.
 

Mel and Kirsty deserve the highest recognition. Thank you so much!"
