BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award Winner
In February, the Ashland Import team shared a meaningful letter describing its appreciation for Becky's "impeccable service" and regulatory compliance support. The sentiments included in this formal letter certainly go a long way for BDP International. Congratulations, Becky, and thank you for the BDP Service Excellence!
Ashland's letter was originally submitted to Patrick Murphy, Import Supervisor - BDP Cincinnati-US, who instantly elevated to RSE.

This is just a note to inform you that Ashland's Import team rally appreciates the service that Becky Thompson provides us. Becky is always keeping us within the compliance regulations and gives us impeccable service. We may not like being questioned at times, but realize that she is just keeping us coompliant with governmental agencies. When I call Becky and tell her something is urgent, she gits right on it. Becky is always willing to help. An example would be when the newest member of our team called her and asked her about ISF filings which another Broker was filing. The other Broker was giving us some sort of outrageous explanation for filing ISF early. Becky straightened out the situation and we were able to convince the other borker what the requirements were.
Becky is also very organized by vessels incoming to port. She prepares lists of what is needed for shipments coming into port which we did not provide BDP. This is extremely helpful when we h ave to keep the flow moving.
One thing I can say is that Becky truly is part of our team and works well with us. I recommend her totally for whatever special reward program BDP can provide. She deserves it.
