I wanted to drop you a brief note on Adam Abouna who recently attended a Kaizen (a power team created to resolve an ongoing problem) held by our company (Minerals Technologies Inc) at our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-US office.
The Kaizen theme was the Export Document shipping process where we have a lot of rework. Our goal was to reduce the waste embedded in the process.
Regarding Adam; he was on time every day, his appearance was very neat, he was very interested in our cause, he gave helpful input and has a strong working knowledge of the Freight Forwarder role and had numerous suggestions on how BDP could help resolve some of the roadblocks uncovered during the Kaizen.
I sincerely appreciated his attendance and his input.
