Simply said, BDP Aston-PA Eric Perna did an excellent job spotlighting two export containers that were inadvertantly switched en route to the US port of loading on the West Coast. Eric quickly communicated the mix-up and offered solutions for the respective parties to get the correct containers to the right customers.
