Kim Boyd is our Team Leader for the Carrier Corporation account. In August, her team was limited due to an unforeseen leave coupled with a key member out on scheduled vacation. She rose to the occasion and took charge of a very busy and stressful situation. She stayed calm and collected, focused on the objectives, managed resources for support, solicited direction from Director on some critical items and in the end, kept our customer satisfied.
