The background leading up to the compliment-
A booking was originally made for an ETA of 8/27 at destination. The cargo was advanced to an earlier vessel with an 8/13 ETA because the material was critical. There was, however, an issue on the customer side that led to the cargo missing the cutoff for the earlier vessel. Jack worked with DuPont and different carriers to immediately find a vessel that would maintain the 8/13 ETA and not cause disruption to the business.
