Tetra Pak is a “huge” import account handled in our BDP Chicago-US office. Susan goes well above and beyond the call of duty for this CSA client. The majority of import entries include 100+ product lines for Susan to “rework” before entries can be transmitted to Customs. In a standard process, Tetra Pak electronically “feeds” the data to BDP’s system for Susan’s close review and edits in order to calc the entry prior to transmitting to U.S. Customs.
Tetra Pak also has weekend air and border crossing entries. Susan often works Saturdays and Sundays and has provided her personal, mobile phone number for Tetra Pak to contact her with any issues or questions. Sandy Paschall, CSA Import Team Leader-Chicago, added that, “The confidence level in Susan's performance is such that the customer will go so far as to alert its suppliers to hold weekend shipments until Susan returns from vacation. Further, Susan comes in early, stays late, works weekends, and does not put in for her complete overtime. Susan is very loyal to BDP and will do whatever it takes to get the entries filed accurately and on-time for Tetra Pak.”
Susan has been processing the Tetra Pak account for as long as it has been around. Not “just anyone can step in her shoes and replace it, " added Sandy. Tetra Pak has stated in meetings that they partner with BDP because of Susan’s performance. Sandy further emphasized that Susan “performs and outperforms and is always servicing the customer. BDP has this account due to Susan’s performance. Susan is completely amazing with this account!”
