When three SBH customer orders to India in March were not going to ship until April 1st, Linda Waltenberg, Shipping Coordinator, Matthew Witham, BDP International, and Carloyn Keen, International Trade Operations, worked intently with the carriers to ship the orders in March, allowing us to invoice the customer as forecasted.
