Dear Bibi,I regret not having been present for your visit to our factory last week. Thanks for coming in!The purpose of this letter is to congratulate you on having THE FINEST logistics support person that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Since beginning our association with BDP in 2006, I have been impressed with the level of service from all of the folks at BDP. However, when Marquita began handling our shipments in 2007, she took the words service and cooperation to a new level. Her calm, cooperative attitude makes our days much less stressful than they might otherwise be. Her knowledge of world ports and logistics requirements has helped us to deliver our products to our customers when they need them, and at competitive rates.
