We are 3 weeks into the change from YCH to BDP and I have to say that BDP is doing a great job. The notice to BDP for this implementation was less than a month and we are deeply appreciative of the support that BDP has rendered to Dow in managing the import/export/documentation for ROH Business. Especially to the four of you who were stationed in Dow office for the initial period during the implementation where the job can only be performed in Heeren due to system issues. Even though there were some hiccups and delays, I have to say it has been a job well done in consideration that there was no transition since we went straight into implementation. Thank you for all the efforts and please continue to catch-up with the orders as you start to back-fill your resources.

David and Bernard, thanks for working out the resources for this implementation within such short notice.
