Dear Bill,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the efforts that have been made to accommodate some of the most recent requests by Nalco Saudi. We had a situation in which we needed to redirect material from the port of Houston,TX-US to Charleston,SC-US via Hapag Lloyd because of recent cancellations of Maersk service, in the gulf area. Holly worked tirelessly trying to get the material loaded and the containers collected, without her dedication and perseverance we would be air freighting a substantial amount of material.
