Honeywell S.A. -a subsidiary of Honeywell International, Inc.- shared some very nice comments during a recent Honeywell / BDP Executive Team Meeting. The tone was quite different this time around considering BDP implemented critical changes to improve the overall account management and communications. "For Neri to receive this feedback is nothing short of amazing" remarked Rick Boedewig, Director-BDP Edison. "We were in jeopardy of losing the Fluorine business due to communication and documentation issues, and Lisette Van der Taelen, Customer Service Representative EMEAI - Honeywell S.A, was very vocal about the company's dissatisfaction with our services."

In response to the feedback, the BDP Edison management team made several strategic changes to re-align the account for improved performance; partnering with the respective Honeywell teams for their valued input. For instance, the BDP team completed extensive process reviews to close potential service gaps; published performance metrics for immediate visibility of quality output; and made timely communications a priority.

Now that the "new" processes are confidently in place, "The Honeywell Fluorine business overseas is extremely satisfied with BDP, noted Boedewig. Further adding that "BDP's responsiveness and professionalism, coupled with our ability to provide whatever data is needed, has changed Honeywell's perception of BDP." And for that, we are grateful.
