We met at the Chemical Supply Chain Management conference in Atlanta this past September. My company had stopped doing business several years ago due to an issue with [a BDP] office, but you were able to work it out for us. Since then we have been using BDP for all of our import/export needs and the service has been exceptional.Our international shipping needs are not large and we deal with odd products like enzymes, APIs and hazardous chemicals. However, our sales representative Jackie, and Brenda and Jennifer from the Charleston office, have made me feel like I am one of BDP's most important customers. All three of them are always pleasant (even when one of my shipments went on customs, then FDA, then USDA, then Fish and Wildlife, then back to FDA hold).
