Jammie was presented with an Outstanding Customer Service award based on Dow Chemical's feedback recognizing her outstanding efforts to streamline and proactively communicate updates for several, complex diversion orders to Dow India.
Kristi Galus of The Dow Chemical Company commented that, “The complexity of executing these diversions and the current confusion with the documentation prompted conference calls to review and resolve any outstanding questions and determine actions to complete each of these successfully.”
There were multiple diversions going on at the same time. Jammie’s timely communications and detailed summary emails by order, in addition to participating on the conference calls, kept all Dow parties well informed to prevent any ambiguity during the process. In turn, Dow will confidently turn to Jammie’s expertise and prompt handling of future diversion orders since all parties are well informed of the documentation process for these kinds of orders.
