Maribeth was recently recognized by DuPont for her commitments to service excellence in addition to receiving an internal, BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award based on DuPont's testimonial.
Service Excellence Testimonial
I want to take the time to recognize Maribeth Hohenstein. Over the last year Maribeth has provided the business with guidance, ideas, and solutions on some of our export processes. She has participated in numerous meetings and also a Kaizen event for the business. During these meetings and events Maribeth has identified opportunities and suggested solutions. She does not hold back on her opinions and suggestions, which I find to be a valuable asset. If she sees an opportunity in any of our export processes she will pick up the phone and try to get them corrected. She was also a key member during our SAP implementation in securing space and tracking shipments manually during our black out period. I know you are aware she is valuable, but I wanted to make sure you heard it from the business.
