BDP Outstanding Customer Service Award Winner
This past January, BDP International and Evonik Industries held their semi-annual Executive Management Team meeting (EMT). Meeting participants included Evonik's Vice President and Director joined by BDP's John Bolte, Global Chief Operating Officer; Mike Wilson, Managing Director-CEM Region; Andrew Piazza, Sr. Director-Business Development and Rick Boedewig, Director, BDP Edison. During this meeting, the praises of Theresa Rodes were expressed by Evonik around her proactive nature, knowledge, positive and professional demeanor and overall dedication to the Evonik export business.
Further, John Bolte remarked in an email to Evonik following the meeting, "Thanks for your very high praise of Theresa Rodes and her logistic team in BDP Edison. We will certainly pass onto her a 'thank you' on your behalf."
Theresa was presented with a BDP Recognized Service Excellence Award for Evonik's consistent praise about her performance and support to the company's supply chain initiatives.
