BDP Service Excellence 24/7
In March, Ruediger Petroschka, Business Development Director (CEE) - BDP International GmbH will formally recognize Soeren Rueck, Air Import Operations - BDP Frankfurt through our company's Recognized Service Excellence program. Rudi said "Soeren is a big help for Harman Imports -handling all clearances from Asia and the USA- and I would like to highlight this to the world. He works nearly every Sunday to get everything done and is wherever Harman needs him to meet the business demand."

We had an extreme workload from end of last year and beginning of 2010, where everyday Soeren was involved with import shipments, managing urgencies, and coordinating hand carries. Whenever something needed to be done, Soeren was on standby, working late in the evenings and on the weekends to fulfill all needed actions to bring the cargo in time to Harman. Further, Soeren breaks down shipments -even splitting the shipments- to get the deliveries done in time by courier and / or inland delivery.

Most important, Peter Becker, Import Manager, Harman Becker Automotive Systems GmbH (HBAS) remarked that "Soeren is a very good helping hand," further endorsing Soeren's Service Excellence commitments to BDP and Harman. Harman's complimentary emails are mostly in German which I receive in Copy. This communication is always in a very good relation to our customer to fulfill Mr. Becker's needs and requests.
