Bringing us closer to the BDP Family
On June 2, BDP’s DataDay “Plus” newsletter featured a front page story about our company’s Recognized Service Excellence initiatives. This story prompted Ms. Alejandra Salvador, Pricing Manager-BDP International México, S.A. de C.V. to submit a formal nomination recognizing Chuck Neuber’s “great help.” Alejandra commented that “BDP’s Recognized Service Excellence award is a wonderful idea to motivate excellence in service.” Alejandra’s accolades are summarized in this testimonial:
I nominate Chuck Neuber, not only because he had the patience to teach me pricing but also because he has been of great help to the office in Mexico. Always trying to answer fast and explain not only pricing but all processes, always directing us to the proper person in the US we should contact. All the offices in Mexico he has attended, and he’s done it always in a good mood. Chuck has really helped the office in Mexico get more business, and we have a better understanding how BDP USA works. A few examples of Chuck’s internal Customer Service Excellence include:
1. Denise Salgado and Mariana Rico are part of the operation team at BDP Mexico and have requested rates to Chuck. Some of the charges you have in the US are not known to our operation team: Chuck has helped to explain these charges to our team.
2. Chuck has redirected our operation teams and sales with the proper office that could help us.
3. Personally he received my daily calls two years ago when the BDP joint venture with our office was taking place and explain all doubts I had about filing an RFQ and how BDP International works.

4. Chuck quotes to the BDP Mexico offices promptly, including sales and myself; where we have been able to close business due to that quick response.
5. Most of the BDP Mexico team -Guadalajara, Puebla, Queretaro, Monterrey, and of course, Mexico City- has at some point contacted Chuck for help, and he has always had the time to help. So in a way, I consider Chuck has brought us closer to the BDP Family.
