During a customer visit today [March, 20, 2009] with Dentsply, our customer wanted to express his thanks to the outstanding service that we give them and has named his account representative, Erin Joyce. As a result, this customer who used two brokers inquired to his management his desire to give all of his business to BDP, which all parties agreed to. This buyer also involved another buyer who will be giving us an opportunity to get involved in some inter-company transfers to/from Mexico.
These opportunities are a direct result of the outstanding customer service being giving to Dentsply by Erin Joyce, and as such, I am recommending her for our Outstanding Customer Service award.
