Service Excellence Overview
In October 2008, Tunis Perez, Logistics Coordinator III-BDP Houston (JFK Blvd) was presented with an award from BDP's customer, Lyondell Bassell. The award recognized Tunis's above and beyond customer service dispatching export documents for time-critical shipments to Mexico the night before Hurricane Ike. The award states: "We survived Hurricane Ike together as a team."
